It might be meaningful to some or it might just be my OCD kicking in. However, it would be amazing to have the writer cursor appear closer to the "click". Often on slides, there is a limited amount of negative space available to write on and this would be extremely helpful in situations like this.

I have attached a picture for better reference. In this case there doesn't seem to be an issue. I have just used it for explanatory purposes.

I have clicked at the circle but the writing cursor appears at the vertical black line.
