Feature Request

Some of my students in China cannot see the co-broswer or at least not without a considerable delay. Screensharing works fine for these students, however. Can you also, please, add annotations (drawing and typing) and a reward button to the screenshare feature? THANK YOU!

It would be so helpful and useful to be able to use the pencil function on screen share mode. I only can screenshare my curriculum because they are in the form of apps from the publishers. Theres no way for my student to write on the screen during class.

I use a classroom presentation tool that has activities - I would love mouse control for that, if not just a pen will do.... I love that I have it in browswer but I cannot put my app in the browswer- and the pdf doesn't have the activities-

Hi, I want to move away from using Zoom but I have some older students who study large PDFs with me. They are not suitable to be uploaded to the Koala Go whiteboard so I must screenshare them. When I screenshare the quality is not great, the writing becomes slightly blurred. Please could the quality of screensharing individual windows be improved. Thank you

Is it possible to create a page scroller button like hitting the spacebar or even better, the arrow buttons to move to the previous or next whiteboard page? It would make scrolling back and forth much easier.

Is it possible to create tubes (like the blocks) so that the characters can run inside them wherever they’re placed going from above ground to under the sea and out again? They’ll need to be transparent so one can see where the character is. This could also form part of the under-the-sea playground.

After granting your students a batch of gems you are able to use this as leverage to take a gem away from a student. An example would be, if they are working in a group and there is an ‘English only’ rule, anyone who speaks to someone else in any other language but English loses a gem.

I kind of feel bad suggesting this since the Koala team has been so generous, giving our students 100 free gems recently! ;) But, I have noticed that 100 gems does not go a long way, and $10 is just too much for that many. I give my students 40-50 gems per session, and they are only able to buy 2-3 items with that. There are, of course, so many more things that they want. I realize they can't get everything, and giving us 300 gems each month is awesome! But, I think Koala would make more money if they lowered the prices of gems because more of us teachers would be able to afford them! ;)

Having a way for parents to talk to the help desk would help teachers a lot because it’s really difficult to talk to the help desk while doing a lesson.

Ability to add vectors into playground that already have a voice over attached. For example, I have letters that talk to the student when clicked on in 3D. It would be great to be able to upload my letters with the voice overs already attached.
