- existence of pets
- persistence of pets
- customization of pets: name, age, accessories, etc.
- reward system that links classroom performance to what fun things we can do with the pets!
This is what a student will talk about to their friends and get the tutors more referrals through kids word-of-mouth.

Taking it a step further: A Tamagotchi mini game where learners could spend gems to get new actions and accessories that would help their pet hatch from the egg and grow up. This takes the same idea above but links the reward system to not just actions but also customization and the pet's growth and life stages.

Oh Like having desk pets in the classroom. That would be fun. Maybe instead of a star reward its a pet of the students choice.
Old Macs
We offer our students an animated mascot friend. Being able to have this mascot become part of the playground would blow our students minds. Even if they cant be part of the playground, maybe the mascot can be a substitute for star earned to open the playground. So we upload the students mascot and if they collect 5 mascot animals then the playground opens.
