Have an email sent after class with the details of what was done in class, what we worked on, as well as possible suggestions for at home activities or homework. Zoom has AI meeting reports that does the job, but DojoTutor does this after each class really well. The AI with with this site (see attachment) does an amazing job with summing up the class as well homework ideas. After 8-10 classes it's hard to remember what each kid did to send feedback.
