Copy Slide from 1 Activity to an existing activity

I would like to ability to copy a slide from one activity to an existing activity. This would be a big time saver over the workaround of duplicating the whole activity and then deleting slides that are not necessary. Workaround 2: select and copy everything from Activity 1 to paste into Activity 2. Often the copy does not carry through to Activity 2.
